Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Advisor.

Reporting To: Office Manager

Location: Kissimmee, Florida. 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.

A division of the Euro Auctions Group, Yoder and Frey have been conducting auctions of construction equipment, trucks, trailers, and agricultural machinery since 1964 with sites based in Florida, Ohio, and Texas.

Yoder and Frey are seeking a people focused Customer Support Advisor to help us build and maintain our relationship with our global customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated customer centric individual interested in making a newly created position their own.

This position will be at the forefront of identifying new customer’s and engaging and developing a relationship with new customers and acting as an intermediary to resolve any first-time buying issues they may have.

Key Activities:

• Providing a high level of customer service to both new and existing customers.
• Troubleshooting and guiding first time customers through the deposit and bidder number allocation process.
• Analysing data and reports to establish new customer trends.
• Assisting with Auction Support when needed.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with other departments.

The Requirements

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum 1-year administration experience in a busy office environment.
• Second language, ideally Spanish.
• Customer driven with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Highly commercial, organized, and adaptable with the ability to manage own workload.
• Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Motivated and deadline driven with keen attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
• Reliable with desire to exceed expectations.

Desirable Criteria:

• . Previous experience in a customer service position.
