Yoder and Frey is a world leading auctioneer of industrial, plant, construction & agricultural equipment. With sites in UK, Germany, Spain, Australia, USA and Dubai, Yoder and Frey conduct 50+ auctions selling thousands of Lots every year.

The Job

  • Processing Auction Contracts in keeping with auction deadlines.
  • Oversee all administration associated with the running of an auction.
  • Obtain and record all title registration documents.
  • Assist with global Auction Credit Control across multiple currencies.
  • Organise auction facilities including staff travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with yard staff to ensure all items are received to stock.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to both new and existing customers.
  • Troubleshooting and guiding first time customers through the deposit and bidder number allocation process.
  • Analysing data and reports to establish new customer trends.
  • Assist the Territory managers with customer management as and when required.

The Requirements

  • Ideally a minimum 1 year’s administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Customer driven with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
  • Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Motivated and deadline driven with keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
  • Reliable with desire to exceed expectations.
  • A valid Passport
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with ability to develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
